Description
This new motorized dancing hula lamp is a beautiful brass cast replica of the original lamps found in Hawaii circa 1920-1940. This is NOT a Poly-resin reproduction. She is a delight to watch, a great conversation piece and a high quality vintage reproduction. Because it is a brass cast piece there may be some small unavoidable imperfections in the casting. It’s a beautiful lamp and you won’t be disappointed.
There is one power switch to control the hula motion and another for the light. The lamp measures about 23" High with the lampshade on. The base measures 7" in diameter.
The lampshade is a Hawaiian vintage reproduction print with flowers and leaves. The background color of the lampshade print is a deep red. The flowers and leaves are graduating shades of golds and greens. The trim on the shade is medium grey. The lampshade clamps onto a standard light bulb using spring wire loops. It will not mount properly on some compact fluorescent bulbs. The lampshade measures: 13" in diameter (bottom) x 9"H x 5.5" in diameter (top).
